Brett Martin Mardome Trade Rooflights complete with multiwall PVC kerb, to be supplied with pre-drilled glazing for fast installation. Security caps to be supplied for fitting over fixings for improved waterproofing and security. Designed to allow roof membrane finishes to be fixed horizontally on kerb top to help prevent water ingress. Kerb height to be 225mm, with a white interior finish. Rooflight size is overall Dome/Pyramid size.

Double Skin U=2.7 w/m2k
Triple Skin U=2.1 w/m2k

To comply with Part L reg's Triple Skin should be specified
(Part L reg's specify a U rating of less than 2.2)
